Feeling a little blue, a little less than ones sparky self, a little fed up?
I know there are huge problems with people sadly losing jobs and income and health and such, and I’ve none of those problems, as far as I know, but can’t seem to shake this melancholic fug.
The French have a saying, “bof”, and that’s me this last couple of days oddly - not something that happens a lot.
Have been for a gorgeous walk in the wonderful countryside with my dog, and still feeling a little blue, so just thought I’d share, not sure why and not seeking anything.

It’s not been a bad day at all, although it’s about to get worse as I tackle some housework, not my favourite job.

Hey OP! I hope you're able to shake that fug soon, I'm sure you'll be able to. Do low energy things that compliment your frame of mind; it can really help.
I'm doing really well today, spent most of it grinning like a Cheshire Cat. Yesterday was a bit of a meh day but it's passed now. It will for you, x |

Yeah had a wobble today, OP. My gynae problems immediately re-emerged after being instructed to take HRT, leaving me back in absolute agony etc. Had to finish work a bit early to avail myself of the help of a colleague to load my wheelchair because I couldn't even stand briefly to do that, much less crutch it to the driver's door. Had to sack off going to the gym, which really pisses me off too.
So yeah. Had better days |

I really didn't expect so many lovely messages to be honest. I thought the thread wold be lost amongst a sea of the usual `who else can perform the last act of Falstaff using a just their penis and a toothpick`!!

It was a good day. My daughter came home for the afternoon and evening, which is always lovely.
I'd love to see that last act of Falstaff! 
There are actually a lot of frankly lovely, caring people on here. It's quite a tonic to see it.

It was a good day. My daughter came home for the afternoon and evening, which is always lovely.
