Always depends on the people, I've had good and bad experiences with all different setups, although I find three strangers/fwb etc. who aren't interconnected always works out best for me.

I think I did a thread on it once but the dynamic is so important because with couples I worry I’d get too anxious about being a clear third wheel/ outsider in the relationship. So maybe a dynamic where we’re all friends is better. But also so hard or unrealistic |

I love them!! It’s a completely different dynamic than a pair and from that I get something alternative and exciting. It can be harder to achieve compatibility with all involved but, when it happens, oh boy! (Or should that be “Oh boy, oh girl, oh _____”)

I thought… hmm haven’t done this much really…. Then thought… ohhhh …. I've been lucky enough to have some MFF threesomes, only and handful of times, always with the same people and we know each other extremely well. Yes, they are a lot of mens fantasies and they are extremely fun, but they also take a hell of a lot of effort. By a lot of effort I mean, it doesn't really matter how hard you try, there's always times 1 person is not getting as much attention as the other 2. You have to try not to favour 1 person over the other to keep the dynamic going, you have to be patient while you're the not getting as much attention and most of all you have to make sure you have enough control to make sure it doesn't all end too soon for yourself! Also in a 3 some with straight males sometimes that flow can just be a bit harder because there is no 3 way attraction and more limited options. Some guys can't just let themselves fully go when around another man in such close and intimate proximity. Naturally this is a problem we don't have with a bi woman.
So for us the right guy is still the holy grail of 3 somes. |

Yes. Absolutely. I would prefer everyone to play with everyone and it is more about the people and the dynamic than anything else.
