I won't buy em anymore when the kids were little they'd ask me to buy, then have one bowl full and I'd be throwing a nearly full box away months later.

A bowl of Coco Pops is my go to after-tea, pre-bed, snack. Can't beat the chocolatey goodness

Had cheerios before. It’s only two ingredients and it allows me to focus other things

I often have cereal for lunch - I'm on a crunchy nut obsession at the moment.

Used to be known as the cornflake man when I went through my teens as I'd always be grumpy until I had my cornflakes.

These days, breakfast is usually skipped.

My go to evening snack is a bowl of chocolate cereal (coco pops is a classic but trying new KitKat cereal now) with WARM milk and a dash of cold single cream.

Kellogg developed corn flakes specifically in order to damp down libido*.

Be wary. Your breakfast cereal has designs on your sex life.

I’m all about the crunchy nut cornflakes! Love to eat them dry as an alternative to popcorn whilst watching a film, gotta be warm milk on them, or some yummy vanilla yoghurt or even better: ICE CREAM!

I have to vote for the coco pops others have said but look up the reason mr Kellogg’s make cornflakes, if you don’t already know you’ll find a surprise
