It's fine to have meh days sometimes you know pp. Not enjoyable but it happens. They pass. Do some low energy activities you enjoy - it could be having a long bath, baking, basking in.... well that's enough B words.

It might not always feel like it but there'll be days when you can feel the sunshine again.
