People get blocked for all sorts of reasons regardless of gender.
But it really annoys me when a guy gets butt hurt and then takes to the forums likes he's the big man and slags off the woman as if she's up herself. |

Whenever I've joined in a thread inviting people to compliment someone or tell them what they really think the vast majority of messages I get are from women saying how they love the way I don't blow smoke up people's backsides on here and that I should keep on doing me.
At the same time I've been told at a social that certain people think I'm a dick for all of the above reasons.

They just happened to be sitting across the table.
My point was that many people are like marmite on here.
For every person claiming they don't like dick pics is another who does and for every person saying someone is amazing and wonderful is another who thinks they are an arsehole. |

Most of the people I block aren't any I had personal interaction with. It's usually the rude, arrogant, condescending, extreme and sometimes abusive behaviour of people on here. That includes the vultures waiting to pick on others and pounce at every opportunity, that probably being the only highlight in their life and turn an often innocent comment into a battlefield ground. That of course applies equally to both men and women and excludes all the very nice people, and there are quite a few of those too here. Any vulture waiting to pounce, get a proper life or go and bake a cake, we all like that (well almost all of us) |

I can't speak for everyone but I'd be surprised if men didn't block because of gender. I don't see a man thinking 'she's horrible but maybe there's a chance so I won't block her', but maybe there is. Arseholes are arseholes first and foremost. |
