"Gendering is irrelevant a good person is defined by their good actions. Regardless of being a man or any other gender.
Not really the question. But good input. "
My apologies. I didn't mean to divert. |

I am sure there is no need to apologise. 90% of posts are true diversions and a lot worse |

Wanna give you all his heart
Smile when your around
And cry when your apart
If you know what makes a man
Wanna love you the way I do
Girl you gotta let me know
So I can get over you

Is there a difference between a man and a real man?
The former is someone who is secure in his masculinity and won't compromise when treating others as equals and with respect.
The latter is a jumble of perceptions. |

Well if De Beauvoir questions ‘is femininity secreted by the ovaries?’ Then I suppose we can ask then ‘is masculinity secreted by the testicles?’
Who knows anyway what it means to be a man. It means different things to different people. And I think it’s not fair to set boundaries around gender. That’s part of the problem. |

I think society plays a part in what becomes a man. I’m probably classed as a fossil in someways.
But for me a man is someone that loves his family and children, provides all he can, looks after his friends, helps where he can. Is loyal to those he loves, protects those around him. Stays true to his word. Has honour and integrity and a moral courage to stand up for what he believes
Now that can also be the principles of a woman too.
