Liverpool fan here. I'm in the really odd position of wanting Utd to win.
City play great football but it is totally tainted by the staggering levels of financial rule breaking.
City without Pep, but with the finances and disregard for rules, would still win everything. With Pep but following the financial rules, they'd likely be mid table.
Utd are also flawed (as are Liverpool) but the scale of City's corruption, and Chelsea before, has simply ruined football.
Sorry for the rant. I've loved football my whole life but I'm rapidly falling out of love with so much of it, and it breaks my heart |

I don’t really care who wins but I’d like to see City do the treble. They’re easily the best side the Premier League has ever seen and despite what people think they haven’t spent more than other clubs who aren’t seeing the same success. |

I think thjs is a tougher game than city believe and a harder game than the champs league final if I was a betting man it would be utd for me with both teams to score.
The champions league final is soo much more important than the treble city will be at 80% |

United fan but if city score an early goal it could easily be 3/4.
If United don't get bummed that's ok. If we somehow scrape a win I will not buy a lotto ticket for the next few months as all my luck will have been used up. |

I'm hoping my team will do it, the red side of Manchester.
I'm not sure how I'm feeling, can't decide between a Utd win of a 1-0 scoreline, or an absolute pasting from City. |

I'm hoping United can pull of a performance and a half, defend well and be clinical on the counter and nick a 1 nil win to stop them wankers from matching the 1999 treble record.
But with City on form, United not playing as they were half way through the season and a big Wembley pitch, it could easily be 3/4 goals for City.

Same here...Liverpool fan but really want Man Utd to win...always go for the underdog... except for some bragging rights within the city Utd have absolutely nothing to lose...
I think Ten Hag has done a great job.. he got rid of the cancer within the dressing room that was Pogba and Ronaldo..
Football clubs need strong minded coaches/managers.
Well done Ten Hag.. |

"As a Liverpool fan.
I want them both to lose,
BUT THAT AINT GONNA HAPPEN.
But I think Man Shitty will win.
3.0 is pinkies preDICKtion "
Ditto but as I'm in the Midlands I'd want the Midlands sides to do well, but none of them have had a good Season
City are going for the tTreble & I'm hoping they don't do it!!! but I can see them Beating Utd who i don't like either!!
Y.N.W.A
not the best season for the Reds of Liverpool but hope they can come back next season

So boring, i wish the top 6 teams had all sodded off to join that super league and left the rest of the remaining teams to it.
I wont be watching it because watching any of those teams is like watching cricket- boring. |

Today is also Derby day in horse racing I have had a cheeky £5 on Military Order & Man Utd at 25/1.My gut feeling is Man Utd can beat Man City it’s largely based on 1977 when Liverpool were going for the treble and Man Utd beat them in the FA Cup final |

I'm fairly happy with how the season went for VILLA, we certainly have done worse in the recent past. |

I always felt Ray Clemence was at fault for that Pearson goal...should never get beaten at your near post and was slso slow getting down to it. |

My friend was at Wembley, stayed to see city lift the cup. She then had a pint of water thrown at her by a city “supporter” purely because she was wearing a United shirt. The idiot did it in front of a couple of police officers who were prepared to arrest him. Why can’t football “fans” be more like rugby fans?

"Anyone see the Man Utd fan arrested with 97 not enough on his shirt!?!?
I mean WTF? "
Although saying that it could have meant points but you would have to be a dumbass to not see a connotation there. |

The moron will claim that’s what it meant but it’s caused the victims distress so don’t think it’ll wash, and quite right as well because I hope the scum bag gets what he deserves |

No doubt someone who doesn’t know about Hillsborough and believes the ridiculous narrative about it being points! Either way he’s been arrested, and now he’s also been named on social media as well |
