It depends, if we are talking inflatable boobs from a joke shop, I am sure they have their place - but I don't like them. However, are you suggesting that those in your profile pic are fake and that you are really a man called 'Bernard'?

I've only been with one woman who had a boob job, and I didn't have a problem with it -- she was hot, and it suited her.
I wouldn't turn any woman down, solely based on her trying to change her body in a way that worked for her.  |

It's not a question of like or dislike for me. I have no issue whatsoever because they're only "fake" under the real skin/epidermis.
I say good luck to those with faux breasts for whatever reasons.  |

There's nothing wrong with 'augmented' boobs. Not a fan of the word fake as they're all boobs, whether au naturelle or surgically enhanced. OTT mahoosive implants wouldn't be my first choice, but having experienced some very well done work there's no hate here.
A good boob job is nothing to be ashamed of.

Natural would be preferable but no issue with implants, it's a no win question but I guess many women with implants in truth would prefer Natural but for various reasons have implants as were not happy with their naturals.

I saw someone's life transformed by them. From being genuinely oddly flat chested and feeling self conscious, to being buxom and happy. The effects were more than cosmetic, they were life changing for her. The surgery was done entirely at her wish and to please herself, too; not for any other reason.
And if others want to make changes that are milder and entirely cosmetic, best wishes & good luck to them. May they make themselves happier for being the bearers of their desired breasts, and us happier for being the admirers of them. (Plus or minus hands-on enjoyment, should the opportunity arise..) |

I wouldn't turn down sex with someone because of a physical attribute or choice they had made about their own body to modify it or not.
Fake boobs are great and Natural boobs are great.
I would say that though, I have 2 pairs hanging in my wardrobe. |

I've had the pleasure of being with a woman who had enhanced boobs, they were lovely, looked very natural. The ones I don't like are the ones where you can actually see the implant.
I'd love mine done but I can't afford plus it's a bit scary! |

This was a tongue in cheek post , as there have been plenty of threads in the past where people have stated they don't like fake boobs and prefer natural.
I hate the term fake. Always annoys me.
But like I said a tongue in cheek post.

Have known both, and in all likelyhood, enjoyed some fakes without knowing.
Not sure why you wouldn't play if they had implants!!
Some look and feel exactly like natural, some dont.
Some natural look like implants.
I would rather someone happy and confident in themselves, rather than misserable and insecure. |
