On the topic of can you eat healthy cheaply..... extra lean mince waitrose...reduced to 99p....that's me sorted for dinner...

Waitrose are one of the only supermarkets that reduce their food by proper amounts, not 10p off like others

Morrisons at the right time is great for reduced fresh meat. I once got all the meat for the week for £3.69 this included steaks chops sausages mince and chicken it was the cheapest shop ever for me. I always search reduced stock.

from a town near you

just bought two packs of four pork chops for £2.30 each and a chicken for £2.99 , i usualy use the local butcher but at that price theres enough for me for about 8 meals
