Did you start walking in 6inch heels and took to them immediately or did you have to work your way up to them and practice walking in them?

I still can't walk in 6 inch heels. In fact, I struggle in 4 inch ones.

I was like Bambi on ice for the first few goes but after some practice I now slut strut everywhere!

All depends on what style of heel, my first were a 5.5 inch, never stepped foot in a pair before and then i found i walk best in them. They were a platformed chunky heel and super comfortable.

Like everyone one else i do prefer when they are in the air

Started in platform heels. I don't like the look of non platform ones so it wasn't an option.

Only fallen down one flight of stairs so I think I've pretty much got the hang of it.
