Nr Cardiff or at Chams Darlaston

I’m partial to one now and again, I blame my mother for introducing me to them.

What’s the best flavour crisp to use?

I’m going smokey bacon or ready salted on crusty granary bread. No butter must be involved !

Always butter, but a good one like lurpak, coupled up with cheese, salt and vinegar flavour are probably the best but I don’t keep those at home

My last crisp bun was yesterday with cheese and curry flavoured chips/crisps, was amazing

My nan’s spare room.

Culinary heaven,

However when crisps are involved it’s no longer a sandwich but a butty.

Smokey bacon, lots of butter on a barm cake.

A couple of thick slices from a bloomer loaf, a good layering of butter then a full packet of prawn cocktail crisps that have been smashed up in the bag, drizzle with salad cream and enjoy.
