It is simply a sausage that is square, presumably so it fits nicely into your sandwich.

There is a big difference between normal sausage and the square sausage she was referring to, Scottish sausage is square and tastes so much better!
Best sausage there is...and for me I don't like sausages but if I have lorne I have ketchup.

Oh yes, Lorne saussage, as in the rectangular ones up in Scotland. They are lush pan-fried.
Lucky for me that my local supermarket stocks them, and Haggis too.

Depends how thick the bread is. If it's on a roll, I'll use ketchup and hotdog mustard to make the flavour go further. If it's regular sliced bread, just buttered bread.
But if I have a stack (4 rounds of bread), I'll brown sauce two and have two plain. Man on a mish! |
