Hi everyone, just curious to what mass gainers yous recommend. Aiming to put 1.5 stone on in 3 months (3500 calories a day) ones that taste the best to the top please

I was always a fan of Mutant Mass myself but I always ate like a monster, bacon and olive oil on everything haha.

What are you wanting to gain? Predominantly muscle, with some fat? The potential for just muscle gain is going to be limited. Have you recently reduced your weight, to get leaner? Your motivations will likely influence the advice you receive.

Worthing

The correct diet is the key I would imagine. Protein rich foods such as steak for example. I think a lot of packaged gainers are loaded with bad calories.

I’m sure a couple of McDonald’s meals a day should do the trick.

Somewhere

21lbs gain in 3 months will mostly be fat.

Better off going for a small calorie surplus over time and gain slowly with minimal fat gain.

If you do go down the mass gainer route better to make your own and far cheaper. Oats, bananas, nuts, whey protein, calories soon add up.

Aaaagh didn't realise you was a newbie, I thought you was just looking for a mass gainer which tastes better.

As a newbie your going to get newbie mass gains. Which you'll never see again and you'll chase for the rest of your days haha.

Don't waste your time at this point with mass gainers, you won't need it. Just start adding more protein via shakes bulk powers chocolate cookies is amazing :p and lean sources like chicken, if you need more fat in the macros olive oil is good to add to things or coconut oil with the added MCT.
