I'm always up early and once I'm up that's it, there's no hope of sleeping again. I hate laying in bed at that point to, just need to get up and get going. S is the total opposite and can easily sleep till later

I wake up at around 6:30 to 7. It's been years since I had an alarm. So I am still a morning person?

Because I wake up at that time even if I go to sleep very late, I try my best to avoid staying up late night.

But I do enjoy the mornings.

When we worked and had young children we were morning people by necessity but we adapted and enjoyed. Now we have neither jobs nor young children we have become night people
