I'm always up early and once I'm up that's it, there's no hope of sleeping again. I hate laying in bed at that point to, just need to get up and get going. S is the total opposite and can easily sleep till later

Definitely a morning person here. Up at 6 this morning regardless of the bank holiday. By now I've already done most of my bits for the day so I can relax |

I wake up at around 6:30 to 7. It's been years since I had an alarm. So I am still a morning person?
Because I wake up at that time even if I go to sleep very late, I try my best to avoid staying up late night.
But I do enjoy the mornings. |

I can be either a morning or a night person.
When we worked and had young children we were morning people by necessity but we adapted and enjoyed. Now we have neither jobs nor young children we have become night people |

I'm a night owl, but predominantly get up too early to be awake to enjoy the night these days. I'm definitely slightly more grumpy in the morning, unless something/someone makes me smile 1st thing. |
