"I'm currently going through an immensely enjoyable Rosé phase.
Whispering Angel - highly recommended."
I too love rosè and whispering angel is up there in my favourites. I love anything pink and fizzy though x |

"It depends what's for dinner "
Could be: artichoke ; bacon-sandwich ; basket-of-goodies ; beefbox; bit-of-jam ; bit-of-pork ; cabbage (garden); cake ; cheesecake ; cherry-pit; bearded clam, pink taco; etc...
Or meat and two veg.

I can't get enough of it when it's perfectly chilled and served in a chilled glass!
"One of my favourites"

Another vote for the Whispering Angel . |

NZ Sauv is my go to, although I'm quite partial to a good Rioja on occasion. Fizz has to be Laurent Perrier - rosé preferably, although when it comes down to it, the white will do me fine too.
K didn't used to be a wine drinker - as I didn't used to drink gin. We've educated each other

"Red malbec or merlot x
wine from Argentina's lovely
How did you know that's what I drink? "
lucky guess
Knowing, there are a number of other countries making a name for themselves in the world of Malbec wine. Countries such as Chile, the U.S.A, South Africa and Australia.
My fav. has always been Argentina & Chile. |

It really depends, if I'm sitting in the warm sunshine a nice cold white or rosé. If I'm having a cosy cosy night in them red. The beauty of wine if there is a variety of all occasions |

It depends on the food it's accompanying, the choice of wine available, my mood etc.
Himself has introduced me to some lovely Portuguese wines, including green wine which is perfect with fish or seafood on a warm day. |

Whispering Angel is good; Rock Angel better; Miraval better still. But best of all is Tempier Rose. Has to be d*unk before the sun goes down, though. After that, the time for still rose has gone. Rose Champagne, however.. |

Red Rioja reserva/ gran reserva, medium to full bodied, either Tempranillo or Crianza although I don’t dislike Garnacha.
Also rosè Lambrusco, or a very very cold Mateus.
If it’s white, it has to be sweet and very cold too. There’s a Spanish one called Diamante with peach notes that is amazing!
