Seems to be a trend on here at the moment.

We have age filters and sexual orientation filters, would a distance filter on DM's be more considered?

. (or anywhere beginning with B..!?)

Would definitely save on one or two pointless conversations ... but then there's always a glimmer of hope, no?

Carlisle usually

Nah.

People would just change their postcode to get around it.

Plus, sometimes I look ahead to events over 100 miles from my usual location.

There could be a primary postcode which wouldn't be changeable easily just like dob on here and the secondary - I'm out and about looking for sex adventures/but not in this area for more than that. Probably too complicated to make it work..

Manchester-ish

Only if it also had a distance exclusion option. We don't want to meet anyone within a certain local radius.

Yeah, it'd work like the public images filter. "make picture public, message, immediately hide"

When I had that filter I'd block anyone with no public pictures who messaged me, because they'd deliberately subverted my wishes.

Llanelli

Terrible idea, people can travel and will and also write on profile that won't meet if you're more than x miles away
