I promised myself one this year. I haven’t been away (properly) for about a decade and I’ve just sold one of my houses. Maybe it’s time for a treat.

This is going to sound obscure but no holidays for me til my dog is no more
The dog sitter has retired from duties so that rules out anything more than day trips
He is a rescue and petrified of pretty much everything and everyone
He also doesn't travel well, so no chance of him going to kennels, staying with relatives or coming away with us
He is 100% worth the sacrifice though |

Sadly the weather has been quite a hit unpredictable gor many currently on holiday it seems. You can no longer be confident of good weather these days no matter how well you plan gor this. I hope it has not spoiled people's holiday yoo much |
