Care to share any completely natural remedies that have worked for you?
Saw this on Insta a decided to try it and amazingly; it worked!
Anti bacterial and anti inflammatory; allegedly.
Red onion and garlic– finely chopped, mixed with honey. I take a tablespoon each morning and the pain in my joints decreased; amazing.
I only realised it had worked when I ran out. Within days, hips, neck and fingers were stiff and aching again. I have arthritis. Only slightly but it’s painful. I’ve had it for years. |
