Sniffles, headache and aches and pains, yes the dreaded death bed man flu is upon me.
I'll not complain but just get with it and I'll not even go to A & E.
NHS helpline rang by my considerate neighbout "cough cough" said its far worse than child birth or being run over by a steam roller.
Just warning you other guys that it's about so be prepared.

Hope you feel better soon. My only additional advice is to take a zinc supplement, as that's clinically proven to help. Paracetamol, as mentioned earlier, is also useful. Saline solution, for any blocked nasal congestion, is also healthier than decongestant remedies, as they can cause rebound effects, where congestion returns due to the drug. Otherwise, steaming is also good.

Apparantly, fat squeezed from a kebab and applied liberally to the chest and meat and two veg helps....tho you need to walk naked in a local park in order for this rememdy to work proper like....and ,..
pictures SHOULD always be taken to aid sleep. |
