Chicken salad
I've broken past a stone loss now and I'm concentrating on muscle toning for curve definition. Got some new lingerie to show off so I'm bloody minded and determined to smash it

Mine love bolognese but they get it everywhere as they can't all feed themselves properly.
I do cottage pie because they can pick it up in their hands without it staining everything |

Greek style chicken kebabs, salad and rice
Made tomorrows tea, chorizo and smoked paprika-ee chicken in a chipotle tomato sauce. May have gone a bit overboard on the chipotle. Hopefully it will have calmed down a bit by tomorrow  |
