in the 2 weeks i've been on here ive had 4 mails now from different "users no longer on site" is this the norm, do some delete their profiles daily or what ?

I've just had a guy message me I have just looked at his profile and in the 2 mins it took me to reply to him he had left the site

its possible, how do you know? nobody does exept for the former user of course.
really isnt something to spend too much time thinking about, as unless the former user in question reappears as if by magic and tells you the reason, you will never know. |

"who knows the secrets of the Black Magic box?" as the advert used to say... Who knows? Wife finds them out? They get off on messaging TV's and deleting their (fake?) profile immediately after? Again, who knows.
Don't let it bother you. At least if they're off the site in that guise, they won't be annoying you until you have to block them...

My vision is that sometimes they have been rejected so much that they go ...... right this is the last message im sending and if they don't respond right away i'm going ............... poof!
The other is that they need to clean the comp up for the missus, kids, boss or whoever they have just found out needs it. |

yes you get that all the time on here due to it being a free site think guys and cpls get off on it the clues are if they new and say we like to meet st8 away and you msg them for a few days then the next day they have gone lol |

People come and go for various reasons there are many who use the forums who are into there fifth sixth or seventh profile. Its like a boomerang effect for some. |

What drives me nuts is couples or female profiles that appear upto 4 times a day. All obviously written by the same people as the profile text, height, age, interests etc are all exactly the same...sometimes even the name is the same or sometimes they give themselves a new name. I would hazard a guess that it is some sad single guy (not tarring all of us with the same brush but it does reek of that) that is just trying to get as many mails as possible from the people who scour the newest users just to get off on. Within an hour or so the profile is gone only to be replaced another hour or so later by the same.
I am guessing it works for them otherwise they'd not keep doing it  |
