There's more daylight now but does anyone feel like they have less and less time to get things done?
I could do with 6 months off work to do what I need to get done and then another 6 months to recoup
And yes - we are having a bit of a break too. We're feeling abit meh on fab at the moment. And as above, time is failing us.

Not anymore but we're at the other end if our working life.
Take a look at what you have on your to do list and really think about if it's a 'must do' or a 'like to do'. This is going to sound like mum advice but don't let your young years pass you by while you run to remain on the treadmill |

As one gets older the days and weeks go by at the same speed they always did, but the months and the years fly.
That's why I'm on this site. Time's at our heels. Best make the most of a sunny May Sunday that won't come again.
Agree that the sense of things to do builds up. Partly that's having more interests and imagination, though. Much better to have too much to do in life than too little, I reckon. |

You will find it hard to relax if you're stressing about stuff you haven't done.
Are you putting pressure on yourself to achieve things that aren't actually vital? |

With me it is 'Must do', 'Like to do' and 'Tomorrow will do' and we all know tomorrow never comes. |

There’s a theory a lot of therapists use in clinical psychology called ‘tidy your room’ and it’s designed to teach you to not be too overwhelmed with it all, how you do it is exactly as it sounds, become methodical about tidying your room, don’t allow yourself to live in chaos and even if you look around your house and think ‘well it’s tidy’ is it? Therapist would then suggest a timeframe in which to carry out the task, what this does is resets your thinking about tasks and time, realistic goals become set and achieved and the scary thing is it works, you end up with more time because you stay on top of the overwhelming, good luck OP |

I know exactly what you mean. I’ve tried getting up earlier, going to bed later, batch cooking food and loads of other stuff and I still don’t have enough time to do what I need to do. |
