i guess it's personal to each individual.. but for me the language used, and the way in which these things are said to me, and the type of play they're said in.
humiliation (to me) tends to go down the embarrassment/shame/lowering of dignity/mortifying path.
whereas to degrade me would lean towards lowering my self worth, disgracing me/breaking me down.
its hard to put in to words what it means to me, so im probably not the best to explain.
but yeah, i hold the two in different circles, however they do cross-over for a lot of people. however for me, it's completely dependent on my mood, and what i want or need at that time.
