An insurance company has written to every Scottish local authority to find out the extent of rat infestations. They have mapped out the country to show areas with the highest and lowest rat population. Tom wonders why they have done this. Surprisingly a place called Glasgow had the most rat activity. Tom for one does not plan on going there any time soon if they have a rat problem. It's all over the news |
