So I have been working out recently to the Davina McColl Super Body Workout and have also got the Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred DVD for when I haven't got time for a full workout. Is there other ones that you can recommend or to avoid?

The zumba and insanity ones are good.

With anything fitness related, you get out what you put in.

Go at your own pace though.

Not keen on zumba uts glorified line dancing not my thing. The insanity to me is best but very expensive to buy. Real classes for this are better.

Insanity and P90x are tough. Its a lot of core work involved, and plyometrics among other conditioning routines.

By wary of any back trouble when carrying out those workouts

I went to a Zumba class and didn't enjoy it. Everyone seems to rave about it, but it's just not for me.

Zumba is popular, but not hard enough. You should try my jump rope circuit class

And for all those into BDSM, there's plenty of whipping action haha

I bought a set of Zumba DVDs with a couple of shaker thingys thrown in, hardly used them.

Much prefer to go to dance classes to burn off some calories instead.

I only do tap once a week nowadays, and I exercise on the exercise bike from time to time.

When the days are longer and weather warmer, the bike will come out, and I shall ride on dirt tracks with the dog running next to it as much as I can.

Exercise DVDs are not for me.
