Completely agree mate younger the better build that resilience! My best mate was a Royal Marine he does jiu jitsu to keep his state of mind healthy.. when we spar it's awesome we both learn from each other |

I don’t lift weights in the traditional sense, just running, kettlebells and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for me.
Trained JKD, judo, boxing, wrestling, Thai and shootfighting/mma in the past but BJJ isn’t too strenuous on the body like the others |
