I found that doing martial arts gives an enormous confidence boost. It also teaches respect. To respect others & how people should respect you.
Also, in my opinion, I would say that dieting without exercise is not a very good way to loose weight. |

I am not going to stress myself out to go on a diet or exercise.
So long as I have good health, and can carry on doing what I like to do like cycling, walking and camping un-aided, then I'll be happy.

Then you're in a logical paradox, and the only way out is via the eternal staircase. Obviously, climbing these is a fantastic form of exercise and your legs, if nothing else, will be in great shape. This will increase your confidence level further.
Anyone finding themselves in this situation should be wary of overconfidence. Overconfidence can result in spectacular failure, which in turn can destroy your confidence. See above for solution. |
