Having cooked for 4 other people and not myself I don't actually care what goes in my mouth at this point.

You can never have too much tea . I had some chilli which I'd defrosted so just had to reheat with baked potatoes

Use the saltiness of the blue cheese as a seasoning rather than dumping a load of it in to make it cheesy.

Avacado, smoked salmon, salad, poached egg and hollandaise sauce on buttered bread. Was delicious.

Might go and tuck into the Greek salad that's in the fridge

I had an open grilled cheese sandwich with spicy mayo, cheese, sliced pickles, sprouting thingies, avocado and pickled red onion on pan fried rye. It was facking gorgeous
