Hi can anyone give me some advice please.
I wear lenses and am finding the cold weather is an issue. Going from hot to cold or cold to hot is making them pop out.
Any one have same problem? |

I've never had that issue. Is that the brand that your optician recommended because if they don't fit properly then that can happen, everyones eyes are different. |

"They are dailies and soft. This first year I've had any major issues.
It's because they are drying out and not floating on your eye "
So is that dehydration that causes it? |

Yes. You can get lenses that have a higher water content. I have them because I suffer a little with dry eye. |

Any idea on what material they're made of?
Previous posts are correct-if the contact lens loses it's moisture then it won't want to stay in the eye. You can get drops made for use with contact lenses which help to keep the lens hydrated.
Glasses are a pain in this weather-they get drops on them from rain/snow then they steam up when you go indoors so you can't see anyway!
I would suggest upgrading your lens type-you do get what you pay for. The better the material, the more comfortable they are for longer. I always question when opticians feel the need to put their own branding onto the lenses-what are they hiding?!

I only wear them at home. I can't stand glasses. "
Do you walk into things when you are out? |

If they are popping out, from experience, i think it may be a lack of moisture in your eye(i get this when my eyes are tired), or they are not sitting on your eye correctly and are moving when you blink.

"I just need to drink more. I'm always being told to have more fluids. "
Ah see what you mean ! No drinking more wont help lol it's your eye moisture which is drying up not your body fluids. Get Evie to squeeze your balls harder and make you cry. That will solve it |
