When you choose who to message, what about their profile catches your attention enough to want to message them?

Where you're going wrong is having expectations.
Anyone you message will always check put your profile before even considering reading what you've sent them. If they're unimpressed, for any reason, or jyst don't fancy you chances are it'll get deleted without even being read.
I can't give profile advice because you haven't specifically asked for it, but you might want to think about if it's the best it can be and if it's working for you |

Getting people to request pics is getting them to do work, and just sending them unasked for can be a little bit rude. So at least upload something to go with your profile I would suggest.
How about longer sweet messages maybe? And a profile that says some things (ie to refer to in a message?). I think the 'Just ask' mentality is in general a really bad approach imo. I think ppl need to write something to respond to where all the work isn't laid on the replier (or they feel they have to flatter back in reply - which at least can cut to the chase pretty quickly in terms of getting replies!). pt |
