Tesco & Sainsbury's sell a sourdough toastie loaf now

Think the brand is 'Jasons'

It's pretty good as well

Hmmm ... similar issue to sour dough. Gets too hard before nicely coloured all over.

Hmmm ... similar issue to sour dough. Gets too hard before nicely coloured all over."

That’s just it; you slather it in a rich slater butter to soften it again and there’s your slice of heaven.
