Often see profiles saying no Walter Mitty types. I think living in my head is a great place. I have much more excitement up there than in real life. I'm a proud Walter Mitty. I've been on the best adventures and have great experiences. So here's to all the fellow Walter Mittys where ever you may be this evening. have a great adventure and come safe.

A term we use in military for people who lie about being/done service but wear the uniform claiming they are 'veterans'

I shall echo this. I have never ever come across any references to Walter Mitty.

Granted, there are some Walter Mitty fantasists on here who bear all the hallmarks of Baron Munchausen but, as I said, no mentions of Walter Mitty in any profile.

The Town by The Cross

Ahhhh Danny Kaye.

I have never seen the words Walter Mitty on this site but then I haven't read many profiles.

The film was good..... it was of it's era.

I have seen 'No Fantasists' ..... same thing / different word.
