We have all been there, so what do you do besides watch TikTok at 3 in the morning, any natural wonders that help, I have recently started taking zinc and magnesium (good for keeping testosterone up apparently) and boy oh boy I’m sleeping like a sloth, anything else people use, we all need more zzzzzz |

Yoga and meditation. I'm so relaxed after classes I sleep really well. The instructor does guided meditation too. It helps with quietening the seemingly endless stream of consciousness |

I have occasional bout. Just making sure I really tire myself out physically usually finally knocks me down and keeps me pinned to the mattress for the good 6 hours or more.
