Who still buys the branded food items in the Supermarkets?
We have changed to the standard brands on most items apart from tea bags, we get Yorkshire tea bags.
Tinned food is normally the store own brand.
Cant really tell much difference.

I don't use any tinned food,
Fresh veg and fruit (as much as it can be), I try and use mainly wild meat companies on line for my meat. I like good coffee, again oedred online. Anthing else is probably branded, stevia instead of cane suger, nuts and seeds. |

Me! It has to be bisto best, pepsi max, fairy liquid, and heinz beans.
Everything else is negotiable! For example, I tried Saunsburys ketchup and its a swap. I am not a brand snob, its based on quality, and value for money. |

You are just savvy in doing that. Many are just 'straight copies' of the branded ones. I never buy everything from one place. Also fresh stuff like fruit, veg, meat, I go with better quality even if its a tad more expensive and whenever possible from local independent, market or farm shop. We all shop around these days when everything is so much more expensive. |
