A Fab friend of mine received a marketing email promoting the idea of going 'seasonal' and buying a summer cologne.
Do you subscribe to this notion? Or do you simply wear the same favourite scent/s all year round? |

"I do think there is something in that. I personally like 'woody' smells but prefer something lighter during the summer months, especially on holiday. Nothing too floral though as not for me. "

Prada Paradoxe is a lovely summer perfume close to kicked my self that I gifted it to someone as a Xmas present when I smelled it on them on Xmas day

No. It's mood and occasion based decision. Going woody/spicy/citrusy for different events and moments. And whatever scent makes you feel the way you want to feel that day.. if you think of it a little as a aromatherapy I guess or another accessory, albeit invisible

I love a fresh citrus scent for the summer but haven’t indulged the last couple of years. I’ve been sensible to save money and use up what I already had.
My summer daytime favourites are Dior Escale a portofino and Clarins Eau Dynamisante. |
