So it's a well known fact that as humans get older our sex drive (energy) decreases exponentially. Testosterone(men)and estrogen(women). However some people are the exception. Some people it's the reverse. |

I'm in the belief that Men's can and often do decline, whereas Women's can and often do increase.
Going from experience anyway.

And if the results are good then it's usually a mental issue that's blocking the energy. |

Unfortunately age affects all and testosterone in men diminishes with age especially after 45 . 55 etc

I know it’s a totally different thread but the male menopause is very real. A friend of mine, her husband started taking something, can’t remember exactly what now but totally changed his life. |

I have a rubbish sex drive. Most days I just want other forms of intimacy.
It’s obviously different with someone you only see once a week or once every so often though. But generally I’m pretty bad. V worried for getting older |

You can counter that testosterone decline to a large extent by keeping up your muscle mass through consistent resistance training, and good nutrition.
