"Person at your workplace? And why?
Fake names but real stories welcome. I just love the drama!
My boss at my last job was a total twat. Also, I was self-employed."
Turns out he plagiarised other people’s jokes too. |

One teacher was a horrible woman who peddled her religion as if it was the only correct one.
She spent more time trying to convince the class- or possibly me-that she'd gone to university therefore the best teacher in the world, then actually teaching.
Her department got an absolute bollocking in front of the whole school by the new headteacher, and she was the Head of the department.
I think that may have hit her confidence and she left.
I wasn't sorry to see her go. |

I'll call her Crusty....Constantly eating, I mean she eats to the point
of me wondering if she had a medical condition (Karen in HR to send out a health declaration to all staff so I could snoop, nothing disclosed - Thanks Karen) she was neglecting supervision of children to stuff her face....
I look after a child who is under investigation into allergies....Took great pleasure in telling her that my room is now a controlled area, I have to know what foodstuffs are coming in so Billy Bob doesn't explode....
She's pregnant and I queried the decision to allow her regular foodbreaks with HR if she cites pregnancy as a reason she has to stuff her face constantly but sorry Karen of HR knowledge, you cannot tell me that she NEEDS to eat huge bars of Dairy Milk and huge bags of sensations....as a sustenance.....
Look on her face when I told her that on top of her hour lunch she will get two 10 min breaks (paid), one in the morning and one in the afternoon and that she can bring fruit or something to have when the children sit to snack. Then I presented her with the healthy eating policy...Told her we'd review in a month
I wanted to get in there before other complain and she kicks up a stink about being pregnant
#likeaboss
I saw her drop a crisp crumb onto a child's head once (prior pregnancy) the grebby twat picked it off and ate it
