- Coming out of a narcissistic relationship.

Still find myself after all this time coming out of a relationship, heavily impacted by the person I was once with.

The constant struggle of trying to find myself, then be reminded of what happened again & again..

I’m thankful & lucky enough to be getting the support, treatment I need to get over such thing. But for those who are struggling, still coming to terms - you aren’t alone, my messages are open

Narcissistic relationships are the worst. It takes time and patience and investment in yourself. Big props to you lovely.

All the best on your escape and journey forward. As the old meme wisdom ) says: healing isn't linear.

Nice to see another man not afraid to show a vulnerability.

This proves your a survivor not a victim

Respect to you brother

Thanks pal, sorry to hear you've experienced it but time is a healer and finding as much as possible to distract the mind does help self healing... It's like something you'd only expect from some guys but never expected from a woman which at times makes it difficult to get your head around hopefully one day you're on the road to recovery and anyone else x

Been there, done that.

Feel for you OP.

Things do get better, but it takes time.
