I can't just magically have sexual contact with someone without having met them first and at least a bit of a chat. It doesn't always go well. It's slightly different in swinging clubs as you can always ask if someone catches your eye but there is never a guaranteed expectation. Sometimes a man will chat my eye but I'm not in the mood to jump right in the deep end and I need warming up a bit.

I mean, my first thought was that you're asking for sex in return for payment in kind, not oppression.

(My second thought is that transactional sex is gross, and the third thought is that you could not pay me to spend a day in a salon)
