Is it your favourite. I've seen it on the best meat thread that in its various forms it seems to be very popular.
I like steak but rarely have it when I go out. I do like medium fillet steak with a side salad. But it's not something I'd rave about. I'm more a fish type person.

I'm not a huge meat eater.
I usually like this slices of meat in a mild gravy, but my most memorable meat was a steak.
I did have some lovely roast pork at a pub carvery in East Anglia once. It melted in my mouth.

I've only had Sirloin, Rump and Fillet, never tried any of the other cuts.
