2. How do I answer them

fulfillment means different things to different people.
Am I fulfilled in every aspect of my life? No.
Are my basic needs met i.e. fulfilled? yes.
Are all my desires fulfilled? No.
Am I basically content? yes
Do I have regrets? no.
Can't tell you how to get fulfillment for yourself. Any advice has to be adaptable to your personality, mental and physical ability, circumstances and core values/morals.
How I did find fulfillment? Age and psychotherapy.
At least you are asking these questions at your age I only asked them after a mental crisis and breakdown and the traumatic end of my marriage. I was 32. |

For many people having a secure home and income to pay bills & buy food is enough.
Others need interesting hobbies, lifelong learning, adventures, relationships, spirituality, meaning, wide impact. Or is it just all fidgeting until we die ? |
