I did. My favourite bits was him being crowned and coming out on the balcony as the whole family. He looked very emotional all through.
It's amazing how they can put on a ceremony like that down to a T in timing.
Did think Lois was going to kick of but noticed he disappeared for awhile |

There's just been fireworks let off in the village sports field |

J" They do not, except ironically.

I watched the highlights but only because my mums friend was round and wanted some company whilst she enjoyed it. Great company, lovely commentary (wouldn't appreciate it if I was watching a film) but a boring watch nonetheless.
Overall, she was happy that she could watch history unfold with the next generation.

Yes. Does not matter what you might think of individual members of royal family. I not change having one. Just look how much money it brings in to country plus how many world leaders come to Britain because of them it keeps use very much on world stage |

I thought this might be about swearing allegiance.
Somewhat surprised there hasn't been one on that subject.
Perhaps there was and it got pulled for being too contentious, while my back was turned. |

"Not a single bit of it, he not my king, he has sold his people down the river, and I'll keep polite i won't mention her lol "
This. The thought of all that wasted money whilst people can't afford to eat and heat their homes breaks my heart |

Nope. I cannot pay my gas bill this month. On Tuesday I need to call southern electric. Then in September my mortgage will double. I have a toothache and an appointment in June, an autistic daughter who is living at home because there is no provision. |

Excuse me the moment they decide to give back everything that was taken by the monarch and passed down over history.... Every country was invaded and striped of its valuables |

I was working most of the day but I managed to see some bits of it. Although, I'm not a royalist, I think, this it one of a lifetime events you simply can not miss completely.
I enjoyed how it brought the nation together and how so many people decorated their houses and loved meeting people in their Union Jack costumes and fancy hats, etc.on the street. |

We wouldn't mind them if we as hard workers didn't have to pay for them. |

Yes we watched most of it…not in any way a royalist but it’s a moment in history -
Absolutely did not see any point in going to London for them to go past in 10 seconds
Even most of the dignitaries in Westminster didn’t see anything as it seemed to be in another section…
Liked all the forces in the garden better…think Charles did too

Unfortunately I am at work all weekend.
I watched parts of it last night though and I’ll watch some tonight with my little girl, to me the Royal family are the figurehead of the nation I served for. And it wasn’t so much the ceremony I loved but the respect and gratitude the royals have for the armed forces.
Plus it’s a huge occasion and I thought my little girl should remember this weekend.
I and she loved it. |

His reaction was brilliant.
He looked so incredibly sad the rest of the time. |

They did it far too early I dont think I was awake. Caught the highlights of the news. I thought the crowns might have had a more failsafe method of staying put rather than just shove it on and hope for the best! |

I loved how they had to wedge and re-wedge the crowns. |

"...... watch the coronation ....?"
No I successfully avoided itspent the morning in the gym and steadfastly refused to watch TV. I was never a monarchies anyway.
But a man would marries a 19yr old girl at 30 plus because he was ordered to by his parents to provide a heir and spare. Who then fucked his lover in a railway carriage days before his wedding. Continued to fuck his mistress during the entirety of his marriage, leading to its breakdown and eventual death of his wife. Marries the hag he killed his marriage for, and frankly seeing those two getting rewarded for the worse behaviour is not something I can stomach. |

Golden carriages, a controversial crown with South African diamonds, a king with a £2 billion personal fortune who is exempt from inheritance tax. It's 2023. Nobody with a progressive bone in their body could be comfortable with this obscene lavishness.
Gave it a miss . He’s a miserable fcuker too |
