If tik-tok (or however you spell it) helped you overcome your mental health issues, you keep using it irrelevant of what others say/think about it.

Don’t use it as I find the data spying capabilities alarming, may I suggest OP that you continue to do what works for you. Also exercise is probably the best thing for mental health but life is small steps every day, good luck OP |
