Perhaps they are not 'meeting' at the moment so put no travel no accommodate?

i have spoken to one such person with it on their profile, and was assured that if you were close enough they would take a taxi or bus, but otherwise you'd have to collect them and return them later or take a hotel roon locally to them

For many couples this means they are unable to accommodate at home and unable to travel very far but are quite willing to meet at local venues ie clubs or hotels within a reasonable distance.
