After all the festivities and having to take 3 different lots of meds aday, i am feeling very out of sorts and have lost my mojo even with sex (OOPS poor Pork). I need to diet but cant seem to get my head around that at the moment .
So does anyone know of a good detox without spending loads of money that is
going to put me back on track !! |

Cut out the caffine and drink loads of water, plus go a little nuts for foods with lots of bran and fibre. Ditch anything processed and rather than 3 large square meals a day snack on veg slices, nut and fruit for a few days and have smaller meals (portion control for each meal - the food should be about the size of your clenched fist if it were compacted). That'll help clear the body of toxins, plus a 20-30 minute walk a day will really help if you're not doing it already. Buy some Vit B, Milk Thistle and fruit Tea's too. Hope this helps. |

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum |
Start off with a one day detox (NOT 7 days - you'll fall over). Hot water and lemon first thing, then homemade fruit smoothy for brekkie, then clear veg soup and a salad for lunch, then plate of steamed veggies for dinner. Drink lots of water and/or black tea with lemon all the time, and don't do anything strenuous.
Once you are happy with one day detoxes then you can move up to 3 day detoxes. Good luck! |
