Mmmm, chips!
Depends what I'm having with them. If it's just chips then some salt & vinegar with freshly ground black pepper. Then depending what mood I'm in I may add tomato sauce or even curry sauce. If I'm feeling rather spicy I'll put some West Indian hot pepper sauce on!

Nearly always a tangy and spicy tomato sauce. The Great British Sauce Company (Pretentious Nationalistic Twaddle-nonsense of a name, I know) used to make one called Habanero Tomato which was excellent. Sadly they seemed to go pop when Covid first came along. |

McCain, in the air fryer with a teaspoon of goose fat and a dusting of crushed sea salt for exactly 22 minutes... Or the same but with Maris piper freshly cut and par boiled for 8 minutes before going into the air fryer. |
