Going through some terrible days in my life .

The only thing that I had was my sleep now it’s also gone.

Bro you've got to find something to focus on to get you through the tough time .. I know it's easier said than done but hit the gym it will improve your state of mind and health and sleep

Not devaluing the gym and it's benefits etc, but it depends on the state of destress experienced. When i was going through the absolute hell of my life, aside from the obvious (which some don't have), meditation was key in gaining a foothold of my life again.

It annoys me so much as a male that the gym is the be all and end all; be a man, keep active, yadda yadda. No, sometimes silence is fucking golden and us dudes need to live more upstairs rather than the motherfuckin basement

Gym is great if you’re in a good place and want to stay there.When I had shit going on , I cannot train, it’s the last thing I wanna do.

Fuck me, the gym was a suggestion!!!

Yes medication will help but so will being active.

We don’t even know what’s going on with this guy.

We all need to just be a bit supportive (all round)
