"Still not as shit as tottenham
*Looks at league table...*
*Now looks at the bottom half*
good point were just a mess "
To be fair, a striker, a competent manager, and offloading some of your bloated squad and things can be alright next season. It's never as bad as it seems |

To be able to offload you have to find suitors and you are probably to have to find people to pay what they are on at Chelsea
So how many would you buy? |

Speaking as a Derby fan, I thought lampard brought a fantastic buzz to the club, a seemingly good team spirit, and on the face of it he acheived some success, helped significantly by Jody Morris and the three loan signings, mount, Wilson and tomori. But his team selections were often strange, none more so than the play off final against Villa. If he’d played his strongest side that day I’m convinced they’d have gone up instead of villa. Look what’s happened to the two clubs since then.
Looking back I think he was a bad choice for derby, too inexperienced as was proven, and he was always going to go running back to Chelsea at first opportunity.
I really don’t understand how Chelsea think it was a good idea to sack potter and replace him with lampard, got to be the most bizarre decision ever, and a guy who was an absolute hero for them as a player is rapidly losing that hero status.
