For some reason just recently, though I have changed nothing on my profile, I get a lot of messages from guys wanting to meet, but their profiles say in bold print "STRAIGHT".
The first three words of my profile are Bi Bottom Guy? Do any others get this?
I have asked a few of the guys why, but they just hedge or say "I just split with my GF"! |

Could be a number of things I suppose. There's the easy answer of denial, but more likely that they think (probably correctly) that a lot of potential playmates may be put off by the idea that they've been with (or are looking to at least) men, and so they aren't wanting to lose the potential of meeting those people.
Alternatively they may know some people on here IRL and don't want to be outed for whatever reason.
Perhaps they're curious, perhaps they're dealing with some inner demons around the subject and it helps them to put a facade up that they're 100% straight. |
