At 6:37 this evening it marks the 24th anniversary of the soho nailbombing at the admiral Duncan. 3 lost their lives and 140 injured as a result of hate and extremism. I know and accept lgbt aren’t everyone’s thing but peoples lives are. Thanks |

An incredibly sobering thought, thanks for reminding me, OP. I have some awareness of the perpetrator and his other atrocities too. I hope life is kind to the people who were affected by this |

I’d like to say a thanks to those that have taken time to post here and to those that read and thought. The person that attacked us that day did target both Brixton and brick lane , none of whom should be forgotten.

Was it really 24yrs ago??
I was working that day, and got sent to the scene.
I only got involved with a small bit of the aftermath.
But some of the lads were on scene within a few minutes.
Its sad that one persons twisted vile hatred can lead them to do such hideous acts.
